Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

This policy explains what DigitalItUp collects, why, and what your rights are. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver digital products, we don't sell your data, and we don't run advertising trackers.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, used for magic-link sign-in, purchase delivery, and receipts.

Order data: which products you bought, when, the amount paid, and payment reference IDs from Razorpay. We are required to keep order records for tax compliance.

Payment data: handled entirely by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI ID/PIN, and banking credentials never touch our servers.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept briefly for security and debugging, and anonymised usage analytics via Google Analytics (IP anonymisation on) to understand which pages and products people visit. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site ad trackers.

Who processes it

We share data only with the processors required to run the store: Razorpay (payments, RBI-regulated), our self-hosted database and file storage (located on our own server infrastructure), Resend (transactional email — sign-in links and receipts), and Google Analytics (anonymised usage statistics). We never sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Retention and your rights

Account data is kept while your account exists. Order records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Server logs rotate automatically.

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@digitalitup.in from your registered address. Deletion removes your account and library access; order records required by law are retained until their statutory period ends.

Grievance contact

As required under Indian IT rules: grievance contact — Abhishek V K, info@digitalitup.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note the new date at the top and, for significant changes, email account holders. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
