Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every product on this store is a digital good delivered instantly and permanently to your account. Because a download cannot be returned, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds.
What we offer instead: real setup support
If you're stuck, something doesn't work on your system, or you can't figure out how to use what you bought — we will personally help you set it up and get value from it. That covers deploying a template, accessing a course, opening an ebook on your device, or configuring a pack.
Email info@digitalitup.in with your order details and what's blocking you. We respond within one business day and stay with it until you're unblocked.
Every product page lists exactly what's inside — contents, formats, FAQs, and previews. Please read them before purchasing; that's what they're there for.
Payment errors
Payment errors are not purchases, and we make them right: if you were charged twice for the same order, or your payment was captured but delivery failed and we cannot restore access, the erroneous charge is reversed to your original payment method via Razorpay (typically settling in 5–7 business days).
Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled once payment completes. There are no subscriptions on this store, so there is nothing recurring to cancel.
