These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DigitalItUp (https://market.digitalitup.co.in) and every purchase made on it. The store is operated from India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Everything sold here is a digital product: website templates, ebooks and guides, courses, icon and resume packs, and software. Nothing physical is shipped.

Delivery is instant and automatic. The moment your payment is confirmed, the product appears in your account library with a secure download link (or streaming/app access for courses). If a delivery ever fails, contact us and we will restore access immediately at no charge.

Download links are time-limited for security, but your library access is permanent — you can re-download your purchases at any time, including any future updates we publish for that product.

When you buy a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, not ownership of the product itself. Unless the product page states otherwise: templates and packs may be used in unlimited personal and client projects; ebooks, guides, and courses are licensed for your personal use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or repackage any product — whether as-is, renamed, or 'substantially modified' — including in template marketplaces, bundles, or file-sharing sites. One license covers one buyer; team licenses are available on request.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect purchases you've already made.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials — those go directly to Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant systems.

Sign-in is by email magic link — there is no password to manage. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone with your email inbox can access your library. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, abuse payment disputes, or attempt to breach the platform.

Products are provided 'as is'. We stand behind their quality (see the Refund Policy), but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use — for example, business outcomes of a website you build with a template. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered place of business in India. Before any formal step, email us — practically every issue is resolved within a business day.
